ABC Literacy Resources A non-profit all volunteer community based organization specializing in helping adults with learning disabilities. Our approach is to develop and implement effective, research-based multi-sensory language programs for adults with learning disabilities/dyslexia. A special emphasis has been placed on supporting and encouraging prison literacy programs. ABC Literacy Resources is an Outreach Program of The Nassau Presbyterian Church. The group recently appeared in the film "How Do You Spell Murder?"

Amnesty International Nassau Presbyterian Church is a member of this non-profit organization that seeks to end injustice, free unjustly imprisoned people and end torture in the world. You can sign up for alerts and email lists that make a difference for those who have no voice in the world.

Presbyterian Hunger Project This ministry of the PC (USA) General Assembly Council has lots of educational tools and opportunities to work toward eradicating world hunger. Sweat free t-shirts, coffee, retreat ideas-a host of information for you, your family or your church group.

Habitat for Humanity This non-profit, ecumenical housing group has as its goal an end to all sub-standard housing in the world. Founded by Millard Fuller, HFH has affiliates around the world, even right here in Princeton. HFH sponsors work trips around the world and also hires staff to help oversee the ongoing efforts to end poverty housing.

CROP Walk Each fall the CROP Walk returns to the Princeton area. Encourage your friends and family to support this walk and come out and help raise funds to end world hunger. The CROP Walk supports the work of Church World Service and their ministries to hungry people around the world. NJ CROP walks have been giving approximately $200,000 in grants to NJ agencies addressing hunger needs for several years and hunger programs around the world.
